Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

InfiBis offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you choose not to subscribe after the trial, your account will simply expire — no action needed.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to InfiBis until the end of the period you have already paid for.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following circumstances: • Within 7 days of your first paid subscription (new customers only), if you are not satisfied with the service • If InfiBis experiences a verified service outage exceeding 24 continuous hours in a billing period • If a billing error results in an overcharge Refunds are not available for: • Partial months of service after cancellation • Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations • Annual subscriptions after 7 days from the start date • Requests made more than 30 days after the charge

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email help@infibis.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Account Email]". Include your reason for the request. We will process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. GST on Refunds

Refunds will be processed for the net amount paid. GST amounts are subject to applicable tax regulations and may not be refundable in all cases. A revised GST invoice will be issued for any approved refund.
