Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using InfiBis. These terms govern your access to and use of the InfiBis platform operated by Connaisseur Futuretech Private Limited.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using InfiBis ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or the business entity you represent) and Connaisseur Futuretech Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U80902GJ2019PTC108774).
2. Description of Service
InfiBis is a cloud-based business management platform that provides: • Inventory management and stock tracking • GST-ready invoicing and billing • Customer relationship management (CRM) • Human resource management (HRM) and payroll • Business analytics and AI-powered insights • Point of Sale (POS) functionality • Financial reporting and accounting tools We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Registration
To use InfiBis, you must: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Keep your password secure and confidential • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account • Be at least 18 years of age or have legal authority to bind a business entity You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. One account may represent one business organization. Multi-organization access requires separate subscriptions.
4. Free Trial
InfiBis offers a 14-day free trial with access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. • The trial begins on the date of account creation • All data entered during the trial is preserved if you subscribe • If you do not subscribe after the trial, your account will be deactivated and data may be deleted after 30 days • We reserve the right to modify trial terms at any time
5. Subscription and Payment
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date • Payment is processed securely through our payment partners • We do not store your full payment card details on our servers • Invoices are issued by Connaisseur Futuretech Private Limited and are GST-compliant Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account. We will provide at least 7 days notice before suspension.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use InfiBis to: • Violate any applicable law or regulation • Store or transmit fraudulent, misleading, or illegal financial data • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software • Use the platform to compete with InfiBis or build a similar product • Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code • Harass, abuse, or harm other users Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into InfiBis. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your business data. By using InfiBis, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. We will not use your data for any other purpose without your explicit consent. Upon account termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After this period, data may be permanently deleted.
8. Intellectual Property
InfiBis, its logo, design, software, and all related intellectual property are owned by Connaisseur Futuretech Private Limited and protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of InfiBis without our prior written consent. The InfiBis name and logo are registered trademarks.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: • InfiBis is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim • We are not responsible for data loss due to user error, third-party failures, or force majeure events We strongly recommend maintaining regular backups of your critical business data.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by: • Email notification to your registered address (at least 14 days before changes take effect) • In-app notification when you next log in • Updating the "Last Updated" date on this page Continued use of InfiBis after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
